Adv. PIC-Programmer for PIC16C84 etc.

This Programmer is powered by the RS-232 and it works with RS-232 levels at only < ±8.6V.

This Programmer does not work properly. D1 pull's up the 5V power and makes it unstable. If you has build it, then remove D1, C1, R3, and add D7. The 5V power is decoubled trough D6 when 13V zener is unmounted and C3 will not be needed. The modified programmer does not support Automatic Go, but it works better for ICP without Automatic Go. An Automatic Go function may be added in future by an adapter. The Modified Programmer.

The high Vpp is obtained by using the negative voltage to drive the chip. The voltage is stabilized with zener diodes. This makes it possible to use extra low input voltage.
Transistor driver guarantee output level > ±3V.

The Programmer programs both PIC-12C50x, PIC-16C84 and 24C16 EEPROM's etc.
It supports In Circuit Programming with automatic 'go' function.

EEPROM adapter for this programmer. (Supports Automatic Switch Function and LC types.)
PCB for this programmer.
Download utilities, PGM84V28.ZIP (25K).

Download PIP-02 driver, JDM84V23.ZIP (10K).
Works with old PIP02, DOS only (Not Windows dos prompt).
