Use /MCLR, RB7, RB6 and Vss for In Circuit Programming. Automatic 'GO' function is added by using a resistor (1K to 10K) between Vcc (power supply) and /MCLR:


   Vcc ---[ R ]--- /MCLR

The Power Supply and computer must not be grounded together.
