Site Information: The site opens at 9:30am, armor inspection at 10:30am,
site closes at sunset

Site Fee: Zip, zero, zilch

This event includes heavy fighting, spear throwing and rapier. This being a
prize tourney, there will of course be a number of prizes for each event.
Prize details to be announced at a later date. Furthermore, two sumptuous
soups will be provided, one vegetarian, one not; plus hot or cold drinks,
depending on the weather.

How much will this all cost you? Nothin, yes you heard right, nothing.
Montaigne du Roi is very proud that this event has run for a couple of years
now on donations only. The site is a beautiful little city park with a
covered area with picnic tables, so we have a roof overhead in case of rain.
Parking in the park is very limited, so please carpool if you can. Parking
is permitted on the surrounding streets, but NOT in the doctor's office lot
next door.

Directions: Take your best route to Hwy 1 South to Monterey. Take the
Soledad Dr. exit. At the light, cross Munras Ave., then take an immediate
right at the light onto Pacific St. Go 4/10 mi. Just past Alameda St., the
park will be on your right.
