[Darkwood-SCA] Purg- taxes and potluck

Greetings,
 
Purg is in just a couple of weeks and we are paying taxes.  We  will  
procession dressed in the Roman style.  If you need help  for garb please contact 
myself or you local seneschals.  
 
I am encouraging people to donate items for taxes that are handmade.   
Quality over quantity.  I am making napkins, bookmarks, and cards.   This way they 
can donate it to the Kingdom gift chest if they choose.
 
We will be camping behind the Darkwood sunshade again this year.  This  site 
has plenty of nice camping areas a little away from the eric (if we run out  
of room), flush privies, and showers.
 
Baron Erich will be bringing the large BBQ for Saturday night so we can  have 
a potluck.  Please, bring a dish to share for 8 or more people and  your own 
meat to BBQ.  We will be needing extra tables, chairs, and  lighting.  This is 
an open potluck so invite as many friends of Darkwood as  you want.
