We've been making instant ice cream with liquid nitrogen on the playa since 1999. This year I brought two gallons each of strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla custard, and 30 liters of liquid nitrogen to freeze it with. We made two gallons each day on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
