I wanted to make something that looked like intestines. We went to Zanotto's and asked the butcher if I could order an unbroken chain of sausage links. When we explained what we wanted it for, he was enthusiastic. He told us he could fill a sausage tube and not twist it at all. I picked up this box of sausage on the day of the party, and it turned out beautifully.
