[joe-frank-list] Craigslist 'Missed Connection' reads like a Joe Frank monologue

Is it really Joe's work? I didn't think so when I read it...I was imagining
a twee wburg fellow with a handlebar mustache. But rereading it in his
voice makes it way better.
