Chicago Public Library has a copy of QUEEN OF PUERTO RICO. You can probably get your local library to get this via Interlibrary loan. I've gotten it from CPL and read it. I prefer the radio version, personally. I tried Alibris, bibliofind, Powells, and all the other out-of-print book sites, and they don't have it.
