[Darkwood-SCA] March Heralds' Collegium

Thanks to a suggestion from Anne, I have opened a conversation with Wilhelm of Homburg, Baldric Herald, about having the spring Heralds' Collegium in San Jose or Morgan Hill (and scheduling it so that it does not conflict with White Shield.)  Although he is willing to work with us, he has some misgivings about having the Heralds' Collegium down here because he says that previous experience has shown that few Darkwoodians will show up even when the event is moved south for our convenience.  So I would like to get a sense of how much interest there actually is in attending a more local Heralds' Collegium.

Also, in terms of scheduling: there is some advantage in having the Collegium before White Shield, so as to train people ahead of time, but I'm wondering if a lot of people will be too busy preparing for White Shield to make that a good idea.
