Evan,
Just talked with Laurie and it looks like Kinkos it is for the program.  We are working on the program right now to get it out for review ASAP.

As I recall, Brigid said 2 was the entry time at the Grove but she
thought she might be able to pull off earlier.  Pretty close.

CD looks great.
