[218leaders] Blue and Gold Update - 2 weeks left

The committee meeting is currently scheduled for Tuesday, February 26,
which means that Den leaders need to get awards turned into Coleen before
then.

Also, I would like to move the meeting to next week if possible...I would
like to have the meeting next thursday nite (February 21st) at 7pm at
my house.  This is NOT an official change, but I need input as to if
this will work.

Things are coming together nicely...hopefully everyone has turned in
their Den totals to Carl, so we can get the numbers out...Carl, if you
can send out what you have sofar, that would be great.  Here is where
we are with assignments:

  Pizza ------------------ Katie
  Sodas ------------------ Michele
  Cake  ------------------ Carl
  Napkins/Plates/Coffee -- Carl
  Invitations ------------ Chris
  Decorations ------------ Chris and ???
  Entertainment ---------- Booked by Cherie, Chris will handle
  Setup ------------------ Den 6 and 7
  Serving ---------------- Den 6 and 7

 Carl and I will get checks together for the purchases when the counts
are posted.
