[218leaders] Blue and Gold Update

We are getting closer to march first, so here is an update on where things
are at.

Tasks:
  Pizza ------------------ Katie
  Sodas ------------------ Michele
  Cake  ------------------ 
  Napkins/Plates etc -----
  Invitations ------------ Chris
  Decorations ------------ In process
  Entertainment ---------- Booked by Cherie, Chris will handle

At this point, we have had a difficult time getting any sort of commitment,
which makes it difficult to get a head count so we can start getting
prices...so Donna and I came up with the following, which I will be sending
out to all the scouts.

At this time, we are asking all den leaders to collect from families
that will be attending the Blue and Gold 3$ per person.  This will entitle
each person to (3) slices of Pizza, a soda, and cake.  We need to have
this commitement by 2/15.  Anyone that does not pre-pay is not guaranteed
any food at the event.

Also, if all the Den Leaders can turn the money and list of who is attending/how
many in the family over to Carl, we can get the counts out to the people
that are taking care of the consumables.
