SCOhelp provides three general ways to find system information.
You can:
Use Search. Located on both the
toolbarand the Navigate menu,
Search
searches for any single word in a full text index of the current topic
or a any combination of books
or book sets
in the Documentation Library.
Use the current book's table of contentsor index.
You can open the current (the book containing the
current topic) index
and The table of contents
from the
toolbar
or Navigate menu.
Browse in the
Documentation Library.
If you are not sure about what information you need,
or if you just want to browse the
books available in the document set,
use the Open Library
button on the
toolbar
or,
from the Navigate menu,
select the Help Library.
Browsing tools include:
Hyperlinks.
Hyperlinks
are cross-references to
other relevant information in the documentation set.
the
topic map.
Use the topic map to orient yourself in the current book,
examine other topics in the current chapter, or assemble
the entire chapter for hardcopy printing.
the
window history
list. Select History from
the Navigate menu or use the Backtrack and
Forward toolbar
buttons to revisit topics you opened during the
current help session.
