The SCOhelp toolbar

The SCOhelp toolbar

Below the menu bar and above the ``Document Title'' field is the toolbar. The toolbar gives you quick access to the following tools and navigational aids:

Stop document loading
Occasionally, because a document is very large or because the network is slow, SCOhelp can take a long time to load a document. While it is loading a document the world logo at the top right spins on its axis. To stop document loading click on the world while it spins.

Back and forward through through topics already viewed
These buttons take you forward and back one topic in your SCOhelp window's history. See ``Using the window history list'' for more information .

Open home document
Use the Home button to access your home page directly. By default, the SCOhelp home page is the Documentation Library. For information on setting up home pages, see ``Using a homepage to serve documents to a local network'' in the Networking Guide.

Open Documentation Library
This button opens the help library. 

Open table of contents for current book
The table of contents button opens the table of contents associated with the current topic.

Open index for current book
This button opens the index associated with the current topic.

Go to previous and next topic in the current book
This tool button opens the next or previous topic in the current table of contents.

Where am I? (Topic map for current book)
This tool button displays the topic map which includes the current book title, current location, and a partial table of contents for the current book. It also allows you to assemble the current chapter for printing and provides a hyperlink to the current book's copyright page. Also allows you to assemble the current chapter for printing.

Add bookmark for the current topic and open bookmark list window
These buttons add the current topic and open your bookmark list, showing your bookmark list. For more information on using bookmarks, see ``Marking your place with bookmarks''.

Search
Opens the search dialog box which allows you to perform user defined single-word searches locally or globally.

Print current topic
The Print button opens the Print dialog box.
