Exporting and importing calendars

To save Calendar information to an exportable database file:

1. Select Export from the Calendar menu.

2. Enter a filename in the ``Filename'' field. The default is export_cal.

3. Select a file format:

   ScoCal

   exportable to other Calendars.

   It is also possible merge calendar data with another Calendar, as described in ``Setting event and calendar preferences''

   Sharp Wizard

   exportable to the Sharp® Wizard® personal organizer.

   Pcal

   exportable to the public-domain pcal program, used for printing calendars in PostScript® format.

   Dbase

   exportable to the Borland® Dbase® program.

4. Select the start and end dates of the calendar information you would like to export.
