Checking for a faulty ACU or modem
The following are two methods for checking whether the
ACU (Automatic Call Unit) or modems are working correctly:

To display a list of queued requests, the time of the last
request attempt, and the contact status, enter:
uustat -q

To use a specific line and print debugging information during
the contact attempt, enter:
cu -x9 -lttynn phone
