Advanced PPP configuration

Using the advanced options buttons in the PPP Manager, you can configure the following features for each interface:

• Comms -- communications parameters including the debugging level, packet filtering, proxy ARP, and on-card framing

• Timers -- timeout values
  

• Link -- link parameters including Maximum Receive Unit and Asynchronous Control Character Map

• IP IP parameters including type of address negotiation and VJ header compression
