Including information from other applications in a message

You can insert information in a message from other applications that support the SCO Shell clipboard. The clipboard acts as a temporary storage location for transferring information between applications. While creating a message, position the cursor where you want the included information to appear. Press <Esc> and select Paste from the Transfer menu. Select an item from the clipboard.

Note that a non-text item is automatically converted to text. To retain the original file format, send it as an attachment.
