Verify that the correct disk is in the floppy disk drive.
Make sure that the floppy disk is inserted correctly.
Verify that the door to the floppy disk drive is completely closed
after you insert the floppy disk.
Verify that the CMOS is configured correctly.
Check to make sure that the values in the CMOS
match the drives actually attached to the system and
that the positions of multiple drives on the drive
cable match the BIOS configuration.
If the CMOS setup has a Swap drives setting,
make sure this is turned off.
If the error message persists, call your software provider to
arrange for a new floppy disk.
