Installing and configuring SCO Gateway for NetWare

To install and configure SCO Gateway for NetWare:

1. Install SCO Gateway for NetWare in one of two ways:

   • To install SCO Gateway for NetWare during a fresh system installation, select Optional Software, followed by Connectivity and SCO Gateway for NetWare. Next select Documentation, followed by SCO Gateway for NetWare to install the online documentation. See also ``Installation and upgrade checklist'' in the SCO OpenServer Handbook and ``The installation and upgrade procedure'' in the SCO OpenServer Handbook.

   • Use the Software Manager to install SCO Gateway for NetWare after the system has been installed or upgraded. See ``Installing software'' in the SCO OpenServer Handbook.

2. Use the Network Configuration Manager to configure IPX/SPX and SCO Gateway for NetWare. See ``Protocol stack and WAN connection configuration'' in Configuring Network Connections.
   

3. Install NUC and NFS NetWare Loadable Modules (NLMs) on NetWare server(s). See ``Installing NetWare Loadable Modules (NLMs) on NetWare''.
