lp options for SCO Gateway for NetWare print jobs

Some lp options behave differently when used to submit a SCO Gateway for NetWare print job. They are:

-m

Send mail after the print job is transferred to the remote NetWare print queue, not after the print job is printed.

-q

Assign this print job a user-specified priority in the local queue, rather than the remote queue.

-S

NetWare does not support the specification of character sets, forms and print wheels.

-w

Write a message on the user's terminal after the print job is transferred to the NetWare print queue, not after the print job is printed.

-R

Remove files after remotely queuing the print job, not after printing it.

-o

nobanner is supported, while stty, lpi, cpi, length and width are ignored. Other -o options include:

nobanner

Do not print any banner pages.

nwclientbanner

Do not create a banner on the NetWare server. Create a banner on the UNIX system and print the banner on NetWare.

nw2banners

Create two banner pages: one on the UNIX system and one on NetWare. Both banner pages will be printed on NetWare.

nwclientcopies

Make multiple copies on the UNIX system which will be printed on NetWare.

nwformfeed

Append a form feed at the end of the SCO Gateway for NetWare print job.
