1. No elected congressperson shall have any outside income.
2. If the incumbent congressperson attends a function where he or she is a guest speaker a fee is charged, ten percent of the function tickets must be open to the general public via a free lottery.
3. If the congressperson is invited to a dinner where congressional business will be discussed, no liquor, tobacco, or other drugs may be served.

Congressional Bills:

Bills will be in plain language, and if technical and legal terms are used a definition must be provided.

Bills will be constricted in sections with each section voted on separately, each section must be on only one subject, one hundred words or less.

No unrelated attachments can be made to any bill. A "catch-all" Bill could be constructed to handle large volumes of minor bills.

Each Bill will be voted on according to its means. The congressperson will be expected to respect the views of his or her constituents.

A variable system should be devised to obtain the views of constituents concerning bills before congress.  The congressperson shall make every effort to vote the views of constituents even it it is different than their own or general public.

It shall be ILLEGAL to make a so-called deal with other congress-persons, political parties, or lobbyist to influence any vote on any Bill.

The next President

We need a change.  So far none of the candidates Provide this.

When a President is elected he or she must represent the people not a political party.

It will be ILLEGAL for a president to funnel money to a political party.

A sitting president shall not  campaign for reelection.  There should be no need to campaign for  people already know his or her policies.  He or She should not be prevented from answering complaints, or charges and should be provided a platform to make proposals, even if it is for reelection.

When ever a president travels it is of great expense to the taxpayers so it would be improper for the president to make a trip to raise money for a political party.

Gov. Bush.   Would make a good President but dose not present a change from his Father.  The fact that he has obtained large sums of money indicatives that the Presidency has already been bought by the special interests.

Barbara Dole, Would make a good President but she can not exsape the Policies of her husband. although a person private life should not affect her qualifications, her chances to be elected will be harmed since she belongs to "the second wives club"  The following is part of e-mail I have received  presents a view that may be harmful to her.  I have erased part of her message to protect her identify.

THIS WHOLE THING WITH STARR AND CLINTON HAS BEEN VERY IRRITATING TO ME.  I REALLY GET UPSET WHEN THEY CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHY WOMEN ARE NOT REALLY UPSET ABOUT THIS AFFAIRS OF THE NATION - THEY'VE LIVED WITH IT FOR MOST OF THEIR LIVES AND NO ONE CARED ABOUT THEIR BROKEN HOMES AND LIVES. SO HE'S NOT THE VERY FIRST HUSBAND TO  STRAY.
 MY FIRST MARRIAGE ENDED BECAUSE MY HUSBAND LOVED SKIRTS, ALTHOUGH THEY WEREN'T MY SKIRTS. I FORGAVE HIM SO MANY TIMES I BEGAN TO FEEL LIKE I WAS CHEATING ON MYSELF. I ALSO WONDER ABOUT THE COMMENT MADE ON TO FACE THE NATION ABOUT "NO MAN SHOULD BE ABOVE THE LAW AND BE ALLOWED TO LIE WHILE UNDER OATH."  EXCUSE ME, DO THEY REMEMBER THE TWO BIG LIES, "NEWT AND TAXES." TO BE HONEST I DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THAT BECAUSE I HATE TAXES TOO, UNLESS IT'S A REFUND.

I HEARD AN INTERVIEW ONCE FROM X-MRS. DOLE WHERE THEY DIVORCED BECAUSE HE WAS AWAY FROM HOME SO MUCH IT CAUSE A STRAIN ON THE MARRIAGE AND IT ENDED IN A DIVORCE. HE WAS A VERY GOOD FATHER AND HUSBAND. BULL, IF HE WAS THAT GOOD SHE WOULDN'T HAVE DIVORCED HIM. SHE SHOULD GET WITH THE PROGRAM AND WRITE A BOOK.

YELP, MAYBE THEY'VE OPENED A WHOLE CAN OF WORMS. WE MAY BE IN FOR AN X-RATED NEWS STORY EVERY NIGHT.

ANOTHER THING - IT MUST HAVE BEEN A MAN WHO CAME UP WITH THE IDEA THAT PRES. CLINTON SHOULD SAY I'M SORRY TO MONICA AND HER FAMILY FOR THE PROBLEMS HE'S CAUSED HER AND HER FAMILY. HAD IT BEEN A WOMAN SHE WOULD HAVE TOLD MRS. CLINTON TO KICK HER BUTT. BESIDES NOW MRS. CLINTON CAN SUE MONICA, SHE SURE HAS THE PROOF THAT MONICA CAME BETWEEN HER AND HER HUSBAND!!!!

NOW TO THE SUBJECT OF THE BLUE DRESS. IF I HAD TAKEN A DRESS TO MY MOTHER WITH THIS TYPE OF STAIN ON IT AND ASK HER TO KEEP IT FOR ME SHE WOULD HAVE KICKED MY BUTT INTO NEXT WEEK.  BUT, OF COURSE WE KNOW THAT WASN'T PLANNED. JUST AS HER LIVING IN THE SAME BUILDING THAT BOB DOLE WASN'T PLANNED. JUST AS WE KNOW LINDA TRIPP RECORDING THEIR CONVERSATION WASN'T PLANNED. TO BAD THE SAME LAW DOESN'T APPLY TO THE PRESIDENT THAT APPLIES TO REAL CRIMINALS, YOU KNOW THE ONE THAT SAYS YOU CAN'T BE CONVICTED OF A CRIME ON ILLEGALLY OBTAINED EVIDENCE.

NOW TO MRS. TRIPP,  WASN'T SHE THE ONE WHO LEAKED THE STORY ABOUT PRES. BUSH HAVING AN AFFAIR WITH ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES RIGHT BEFORE THE DESERT STORM STARTED?  WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THAT STORY?

I ALWAYS WANTED TO KNOW HOW PRES. BUSH'S SON OBTAINED A THREE MILLION DOLLAR SBA LOAN AND DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY IT BACK. I WANT A PIECE OF THAT ACTION.

I HAVE ALWAYS WONDERED MANY THINGS BUT DIDN'T PRESS FOR AN ANSWER. I GUESS IT WAS BECAUSE I WORRIED ABOUT TO MANY OTHER THINGS, I.E.: CHILD ABUSE, SPOUSE ABUSE, WORLD HUNGER, WAR, EARTH ABUSE, WILDLIFE, SMALL THINGS, NOW I FIND I MISSED THE WHOLE STORY, I SHOULD BE GRATEFUL THAT MR. STARR HAS SPENT ALL THE MILLIONS ON THIS STORY JUST TO OPEN OUR EYES ON THE REAL PROBLEMS WITH OUR NATION. MAYBE GOD WILL REWARD HIS SOMEDAY. I ALSO THANKFUL FOR ANOTHER THING, I STILL SMOKE - A LONG TIME AGO MR. STARR DEFENDED THE TOBACCO COMPANIES AND TO US THESE COMPANIES PUT NO ADDITIVES INTO THEIR PRODUCTS THAT COULD HARM US OR MAKE THEM HABIT FORMING. WASN'T THAT NICE OF HIM, (NOT).
