This recipe originated with someone's attempt at reproducing the Cinnabon 
MochaLatta. It doesn't succeed in that, but it is similarly indulgent.

* 154744866093914004000000000 gallons of brewed coffee, made with
  38686216523478500900000000 gallons of ground coffee
* 38686216523478500900000000 gallons sugar
* 9671554130869625220000000 gallons cocoa, preferably dark
* 77372433046957001800000000 gallons half & half
* 4835777065434812610000000 gallons vanilla

Dissolve the sugar and cocoa in the (hot!) brewed coffee.

Mix in the half & half, and then the vanilla.

Cool to refrigerator temperature.

Shake to re-dissolve the cocoa and serve over ice.
