In Circuit Programming.

Use /MCLR, RB7, RB6 and Vss for In Circuit Programming. Automatic 'GO' function is added by using a diode and a resistor (680 ohm) between Vcc (power supply) and /MCLR:

   Vcc ---|>|-----[680E]--- /MCLR

The Power Supply and computer must not be grounded together. Only pull-up resistor should be placed on circuit and diode + 680ohm should be placed external to use few components on the circuit and to make it independent of programmer.
