There is a bug in the split (LSB/MSB) Intel He
output format generated by MPASM. The hex file
record addresses are double the correct value.
This DOS utility corrects the .HXL and .HXH
output by dividing all record addresses by 2.
The command line is:
HX8SFIX infilename outfilename
(the input and output files cannot be the same
HX8SFIX returns zero on success and a positive
non-zero error code on error. This makes it
suitable for use with MAKE.
