SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) – Windows 2000 Professional

·         Currently studying for Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification.

6+ years in Unix System Administration on SunOS, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, Dynix/ptx, & NCR Unix:

·         Systems Administrator supporting the SAP R/3 environments (Development and Production) for Order Management/Warehouse Management (OM/WM) and Automated Timecard & Attendance (ATA) applications.

·         Unix and Oracle Administrator for Intel's online ordering processing system for the whole company.  Responsible for administration of Highly Critical, High-Availability, Very-Large Database (>250GB + 10GB/month growth) environment that processed $6 to over $8 billion dollars in sales per quarter.

·         24x7 on-call rotation member between 3-person team.

·         Engineering projects to support OS, Hardware, Oracle and SAP upgrades.

·         Cross-organizational team member implementing a shared NUMA-Q development cluster environment.

·         Created/Updated and implemented many new automation scripts (from several lines to several pages).  Became very proficient in Perl and Korn shell programming.

·         Responsible for Backup systems for ~12 TeraBytes of Design Engineering data.
