Making the Gremolade

From left to right, Stu, Anthony, and Mary. On the corner of the counter is the roasting pan for the broiled chicken, with the mirepoix for it to rest on already spread across the bottom. Behind it, you can barely see the large stone mortar and pestle I was using to make the gremolade that was spread under the chicken's skin before broiling.
