The RAFPP has been held each year since 1994 near Halloween at The Armory. The theme is foods that are simultaneously appealing to the palate and repulsive to the eye. The epitome of this pursuit is to create a dish that, tasty though it is, only the hardiest individuals actually ingest (and they just to prove they can).
