You'll notice that the Straddle Table is missing. I have always found this table to be hard to read and time-consuming to use, and it was one of the first areas of GQ I streamlined, by replacing it with homemade range finding sticks. These are nothing more than pre-measured sticks, each representing a column of the Straddle table, but they save a tremendous amount of time, and greatly clarify the information in the Straddle Table. The straddle modifiers still appear in their own table on the QRC.
You'll also notice that the turn sequence has changed a little, and the Torpedo Hit table is different. I decided that the standard GQ torpedo rules are too slow for fleet actions, so I made my own torpedo rules to replace them. The QRC reflects these changes. Note: The Mine and Torpedo Damage table is still the same as the same table in standard GQ - only the method of determining hits has changed.
