Some DBM Extras

• The DBM Naval Rules by Mark Huml. The naval rules written by Mark Huml for use in his 222 BC campaign. The only changes I've made are HTML formatting improvements and a few spelling corrections.
• My DBM24 Rules. Some rules to make DBM work with smaller element counts (somewhere around 2 dozen elements). Faster, cheaper, and better for campaigns. Brings back the fun and speed of DBA without losing the finer granularity of DBM.
• Some DBM24 Army Lists.
