All my ex-girlfriends came back, pissed as hell, and each one of them was a component of MacOS X. Jesus, I don't know what I was thinking, going out with autodiskmount. What a fucking psycho. And I got all nostalgic for the DesktopDB. Maybe we could have made it work! Maybe I could have found a workaround until the real fix was discovered! Sure, her tendency to hold files open long after the active processes had exited was annoyingly clingy and blocked disk arbitration but maybe... But no, the component is long closed and all the APIs have been deprecated.
We really need to ship OS X soon.
