Mix blueberries, sugar, flour and lemon juice together, pour into frozen
pie shell. Take 2T butter cut into 4 half tablespoon pieces and put them
on top of berry mixture. Cut edge off 2nd crust (as per directions on
package) and place upright on top of berry mixture. Wait 15-20 minutes for
crust to thaw and flatten on its own. Press the two crusts together around
the edges. Take 2T butter cut into 4 half tablespoon pieces and place them
on top of crust. Sprinkle top with 1t sugar. Place onto foil lined cookie
sheet and bake at 350F for 1 hour.
