The messages button opens the Mailboxes dialog where you can play messages and perform many other functions on your mailboxes or the messages within them.


After you're finished listening to a message, you can call the person back by pressing this button. If someone called you since the last time you listened to a message, they will be called instead. Other people can be called back by double clicking on their phone number in the Caller ID window.
