Rewind and Fast-forward
Skip forward or backward through a message eight seconds for every click.

Previous message and Next message
Skip directly to the next or previous message in this mailbox.

Pause and stop
Pressing pause will temporarily suspend playing until it is pressed again. Stop will stop playing that message completely. If the message is re-started after stop is will be played starting at the beginning.

Play
If there are messages displayed in the "message display" window then this button will begin playing the first message in the main mailbox. Otherwise it will play the file MEMO.MSG in the application's current directory.

Record
Records a message in the file MEMO.MSG in the application's current directory.
