purpose of the study is to determine if the fear of public speaking can be
consistently eliminated in four or less one-hour phone sessions using a method
we have devised.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></FONT></FONT></P>

people already have totally eliminated their public speaking fear using this
method.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>(See one success story
below.) We now intend to conduct an experiment to determine if our preliminary
results can be repeated under controlled conditions.</FONT></P>

research is being conducted by myself, Morty Lefkoe of The Lefkoe Institute in
Marin, and psychologists at the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceType
w:st="on">University</st1:PlaceType> of <st1:PlaceName
w:st="on">Arizona</st1:PlaceName></st1:place>.</FONT></P>

</SPAN>Participants would be asked to fill out a short questionnaire both before
and then again after the phone sessions to determine the effectiveness of the

four one-hour phone sessions, probably fewer.</FONT></P>
