[Troop218] Swimming

Hello,

I have been in contact with Silicon Valley Aquatics regarding using the pool at Gunderson High.  This would be for the boys that need the swimming portion for their advancement to 2nd class.  They have agreed to allow us to use their pool with no charge
for this.  This offer is also for any boy needing to complete their swimming merit badge.  The YMCA wanted to charge us $15 per person.  I need to know how many boys need  are interested in this.  Each parent would have to sign a waiver releasing SVA's
responsibility in case of an accident.   We could arrange this for a Monday through Thursday between 6:30 and 8:00pm or on a Saturday morning.  I will follow up with more details.  Please let me know what would work best for your family.  Also, I will
need to know who, Ron, Chris, etc. can sign off on this and what their schedule would be.  The majority (and the witness) will rule as long as it conforms to what works for SVA.

Also, is there anyone who knows what portions of the Oceanography and the Rocket (?) badge have been completed?  I want Kyle to finish these and have no idea what is done.
