I would sure love to get some help to repair the auto-focus which keeps 
searching, or, if no-one knows how to fux it, tell me how to disable it. I 
can focus manually if needs be.
I have over 5000 slides to review and put in order, and the auto-focus would 
help, although not essential. Many thanks Guy
