[OpenCM] Reconfigure Template : release value not appearing

Hi All,

I've one released project A with release value R

I want to derive two prep projects from A , Lets say B1 and B2 with 
release values R1 and R2 respectively

1)
When I'm trying to set the reconfigure template for these two prep 
projects , 

        in the baseline release list (in reconfigure template dialog box), 
release R is not appearing

Can any body tell what could be the problem?

Release value R is still active.

2) 
When does the release value appear in the base line release list of the 
reconfigure template dialog box?
