I do not know if the land on the hill is a major factor or not.

I was just talking to Susan about this.

The economy may play a good and a bad role here.

If we can not sell the land despite dropping the price nearly $1M or roughly
66%, what exactly is the land worth?  I am not sure how this is calculated
for these purposes but it may end up being 'worth' very little which would
then make it only a very small factor.

The real question is "How is it determined for these purposes what the value
of the land is?"
