This is a short film (12 Minutes) made by Todd Downing on the
coast of Suffolk, England, in 2009.

A woman (Lucy Cohu) walks down a hospital corridor, enters a
room.
The sea, then cliffs overlooking the shore.
An exhausted man in a suit (James Weaver), climbing the cliff,
falls, hits his head, which bleeds.
The woman talks softly to a man in a hospital bed. (Her words
are similar to those of the woman in 'Coma' at 3 minutes.)
The man, climbing the cliff, looks down on his fallen body.
He looks at his hand, sees numbers on it.
The woman, caressing the man in the hospital's hand, talks to
him. (Her words are similar to those of the woman in 'Coma' at 8:40.)
The man reaches the top of the cliff, a meadow.
A physician (Andrew Forbes) describes the man's condition to
the woman, in fake medical language. (His words are similar to those
of the physician in 'Coma' at 21 minutes.) The physician tries to win
the woman's love, then forces himself on her. (His words are similar
to those of the physician in 'Coma' at 24:40.)
The man finds a phone booth on the meadow. He has no coin but
there's one in the coin return. (Why not in 'Islands'?) He calls the
phone number on his hand.
The phone in the hospital room rings. The woman picks it up.
A man asks if it's Anna. She says nothing. The vitals' monitor
flatlines.

In 'Coma' the man climbs a mountain, finds the phone number on
a scrap of paper in his pocket; in the film he finds and discards a
slip of paper. He doesn't fall. Most of the original is his internal
monologue. In the film we don't hear his voice until the end, the
phone call. The man's name isn't said in the film, but the credits
call him Leonard, his name in the original, and the actor playing the
fallen body at the bottom of the cliff is credited as 'Dead Leonard'.
