 	I listened to 'Emergency room' for the first time in years.
The ER sounds like U Maryland's in Baltimore, from the Baltimore
accents and references to the Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay.  The
music about 4:22 in is 'C'est le vent, Betty' from the soundtrack of
the 1986 French film '37°2 Le Matin' ('Betty Blue' in America).  (I
couldn't identify the other music.)  At 5 minutes in a cop says he's
from a police department, but I can't make out the name of the city.
He has a real Baltimore accent.  Can anyone else?
