[joe-frank-list] Was Laura Esterman in Hotline?

I was listening to Clement at Christmas today and I noticed that Laura Esterman's voice sounded quite a lot like the voice of the delusional woman in Hotline. 


The only person credited in Hotline is "Davis Black" who happened to be the late David Franks. It sounded to me that the recording made by David Franks was authentic but the woman sure sounds like Laura Esterman.


Does anybody know for sure?
