[joe-frank-list] Origin of the telephone medium/preacher clip?

This American Life got the material through Joe Frank who originally aired
it  (Joe never broadcasts material from other radio programs). The material
originated from a sound artist in Baltimore who also appears in another Joe
Frank show, "Hot Line."  The artist's name is David Franks.
