<DIV>If you do not live within the boundries of the Barony and have not already spoken with the Baron and Baroness about being able to vote as a member of the "great unwashed" you will need to see them as soon as you arrive at the event, preferrably *before* the althing. Please be prepared to explain why you feel that you should be allowed to vote. </DIV>

<DIV>The althing will begin promtly at 1pm. This is actual 1pm, not SCA time 1pm. The site opens at noon. We encourage everyone to be at the site at noon to help set up and so we can start on time.</DIV>
