This a great place for the new fighters to begin or as a reentry point for those getting back into the combative arts. Please be ON TIME for this session. Students will need gloves, shoes with good ankle support, comfortable fighting clothes and pads for your elbows and knees. Medieval dress is encouraged but not required.
