Dear Darkwood
I am putting together my annual trip to London. If you are interested please
respond. This will be my only SCA missive unless you want to be on the
London list. We will be tagged onto a public school so the trip can be tax
deductable for those of you over 25 and in a tax situation.

*London Trip News Letter #1 *

*Get your passports if you don't have one.*

*1.     **Date-Dec.26-Jan.2 or Dec. 27-Jan. 3 (7 days/6 nights).*

*2.     **Tour includes: (We will travel with Break-Away Tours)*

v    *Round trip travel*

v    *Continental breakfast daily*

v    *Guides for 2 days in London*

v    *3 Productions in London *

v    *Excursion to Stratford –on-Avon *

v    *Tour of Royal National Theatre*

v    *Tour of Globe Theatre*

v    *Tour of Royal-Drury Lane Theatre*

*4.Base Price-$1895*

*5.Leave from San Francisco Airport*

*6.Additional costs: Paid up front.*

v    *Government airline taxes-$250 last year ( not sure how this will be
affected due to the new rules on safety.)*

v    *Tube pass-$45 last year?*

v    *Last year we got an extra play in London. I'll let you know when I
find out. (Was $40)*

v    *Entrance fees to tourist events (Warwick Castle( $20) *

v    *Lunches and Dinners-? Depending on how you like to eat. ( Paid as we
go)*

v    *Souvenirs-?*

v                *Tower of London, etc. Unknown now. Paid as we go.*

*7.Deposites-$250-Due by Sept.27, Another payment due by Mid Oct. and final
payment due End of Oct. (More info on how to register will be in the next
missive.)*

*8.Pick up registration forms from Mr. Lew at Live Oak or me at Gav. or at
my home. I will e-mail Registration forms to those that are not students but
have definitely let me know that they are going. I hope to have
registrations at A&S.*

*9. If you would like to be added to my London information e-mail list
respond and I will add you.*

*10. If you know of anyone else that wants to go, have them e-mail me. You
do not have to be an ex student or a present student to go.*
