[Darkwood-SCA] Darkwood Business Meeting

Just a reminder, the Darkwood business meeting is this next Monday, April 16th at 7pm. If you have any business that needs to be placed on the agenda please let me know before Friday at noon. Please note, if you are an officer and are NOT going to be at the meeting please send me any report you may have before noon on Monday.  

I would like to also remind everyone that we have several members who travel great distances to attend the meetings and we don't want them to have to drive home late or worse, leave the meeting early to get home at a reasonable hour. Please try and keep your reports short and concise and any comments relevent and meaningful to the subject at hand. I would also ask out of respect for those who are giving reports that you hold all personal conversations until after the meeting or take them outside. Thank you.

We have had to change the date, so please put April 16th on your calendar for the next Baronial business meeting. It will be held at the Elkhorn Yacht Club, starting at 7pm. If you need directions or have any business items please let me know. I will send out another reminder as we get closer to the date.
