[Darkwood-SCA] web site updates

Hi all,

The event copy for White Shield is now on the Darkwood site.  Branch 
web ministers, to link directly to the web event copy, the link is thus:

Included in the event copy on the page is a link to download the menu.

Also, I'm in the midst of bringing the site up to standard to comply 
with Kingdom and Corporate web policies.  Expect small tweaks here 
and there.  Note the new Disclaimer on the right hand sidebar, in 
accordance with this.
