[Darkwood-SCA] Leather and Metal Workers - Help!

I'm in need of some bits to tart up -- I mean, properly accessorize --  
the barony and canton banners for the taxes presentation.  I'd like to  
get some of these strap-thingies:

but, right now, they're just beyond my means and abilities.  Can  
anybody make me some, or know where I can just buy 'em off the rack?   
I need an even dozen.  They don't need to all match, but I do need  
them in sets of two.
