Hello to all of the wonderful folk in my communities,

Thank you, thank you, thank you!  I know I couldn't have got through 
this without your support.

I'm in Room 232 here at Sutter (2900 Chanticleer Ave. at the corner of 
Soquel Drive, Santa Cruz).  The phone
number here is 831-477-2200.  Phone calls and visits are welcome. 
Visiting hours are 9 am to 9 pm.  I'll be going home tomorrow night or 
tuesday morning.

I'm doing much better than I thought I would, and have even 
entertained the nurses by doing advances and retreats in the hall 
holding my IV pole.  Crossovers were easy.  Slope steps, my body told 
me, can wait.  I'm not even going to try a lunge until Dr. Muir OKs it.
